This includes eight hours talk time of 3G, half a dozen hours of browsing using a 3G, and if you rely on Wi-Fi connections, the time is extended by 50% to 9 hours. Video Playback can take a maximum of ten hours, while if you listen to MP3 you will have 40 hours of music.

The speed of the network has greatly improved as engineers from Apple have developed a new wireless system which uses intelligent to switch between two antennas that is receive and transmit, increasing the download speeds of 14.4Mbps, that has doubled the one for 7.2 iphone 4.

Apple sold a million preorders for the release of the iphone 4s, within the first twenty four hours of availability. This was a new record for apple compared to preorders earned by the iphone 4 in the year 2010.
