Here are the steps you can follow to change your Wif-Fi network of your Google Home.

●    Open the app

First, you need to open the Google Home app on your phone. You can download the app for android devices from Google Play Store and for iOS devices from the App Store.

●    Add the Google Home Device

On the app, you have to select the name of your Google Home device. Once selected, you will see the device page open with different settings.

You will see a setting option in the top right-hand corner. This setting has an icon with the shape of a gear. You will be directed to a Device setting page on the app.

●    Change the Wi-Fi

On this page, you can see all the settings related to the page, such as linked accounts, name of the speaker, address, and other settings. Tap on the Wi-Fi settings to change the Wi-Fi network.

●    Forget old network

On this page, you will see the name of the Wi-Fi connection you are currently connected with. Below you will see a Forget This Network button. Now, click on the Forget This Network button.

You will be taken to the Home screen, and now you can set up a new Wi-Fi network.

  • Plugin your speaker or display device and format it if it has been previously used.
