After Launching of Google Buzz, the impact of social networking sites like Facebook is still more powerful than Google buzz , did not live up to expectations, So anyhow Google is trying to settle their position in Social networking age either using Buzz or Wave.Due to lack of response with previous services, yesterday Google announced its upcoming top secrete social layer project called "Google+" which will turn all of the search engine into one giant social network.
The Google+ project enables you to make sharing online more like sharing in real life. Just see this introductory video of Google+ project

Have a glance on some Features & Specifications of "Google+ Project"
1.Circles+
Here you will know how Google+ is trying to divert people from Facebook to Google+ using Circles+ activity. though the focus of this social project Google+ is not on sharing with a large group of friends, family or relatives but on targeted sharing with your various social groups with particular activity. To do this, Google uses a system called Circles, which increases your sharing like real time activity.

2.Group Video Chat, Hangouts & Photo Sharing
All of us know that a picture can tell us thousands of words and a real time video can speak out our emotions or thoughts. Pictures and videos are most desirable pols of any successful Social Networking, so Google also experimented this in Google+ using their optimistic and fully new integrated UI of Photos and Group Video Chat.
Google has integrated a section especially for viewing, managing & editing multimedia content. The photo tab takes a user to all of the photos he or she has shared, as well as the pictures in which they tagged in. It’s not just photo tagging, though: Google+ also includes an image editor with many options (Can give Instagram-like photo effects), privacy options and sharing features.
The video chat feature might be one of the most interesting aspects of Google+. I think the Group video chat will be more popular and surely attract most Facebook users, I am also in hurry to see its features, privacy and restrictions .

Unlike direct chat in Facebook group , Google + introduce "Hangout". Instead of directly asking a friend to join a group chat, users can click on “start a hangout” option and they’re instantly in a video chat-room alone. At the same time, a message of hangout goes out to their social circles, letting them know that their friend is “hanging out.” Benefit of this is that friends quickly join the conversation.
One best feature of Hangouts is that it doesn’t place a chat window on the screen(which saves lots of confusion ) for each chat participant. Instead, Google changes the chat screen to whoever is currently talking. It quickly switches from video feed to video feed, which helps us to moving faster in bigger groups. There will be maximum 10 members in any video Hangout, other users can get on a waitlist and wait for someone to leave.

The question might come about hangout is what happen if nobody from 10 people want to leave, how much time we will stand in queue?
3.Sparks
For exact content sharing, Google has added a recommendation engine in Google+ for finding interesting content. The feature, Google+ Sparks, is a collection of articles, videos, photos and other content grouped by interest. For example, the “Cricket” spark will have a listing of recent and relevant content for Cricket topic.
This system is using algorithmic structure, it may get relevant information from other Google products (e.g. Google Search,+1 button) as well as what is being shared via Google+.

4.Mobile & Huddle
Google will also be launching mobile apps for Google+ and has already started developing with Android. The Android app includes access to the Stream, Circles, Sparks and multimedia content and most of the options on web-based service and of course instant upload .
The most exciting thing about these apps is that they have an auto-upload feature. Whatever photo or video you take on your phone through Google+ will automatically be uploaded to your computer remotely and they are ready to share. These uploads aren’t public, but when next time you log onto your desktop, the photos button in the status bar will have a number, indicating how many new uploads are available for sharing. It keeps these photos and videos available for sharing for eight hours after upload.

Huddle:
Text messaging to friends is great way , but not when you’re trying get 8 different people to decide on to see live "Cricket Match between India & Pakistan". Huddle takes care of it by turning all those different conversations into one simple group chat, so everyone gets on the same page long before thumbs get sore. Its very useful feature over Events in Facebook
